Located at 1026 Jay St, “Billow” was created in honor of the vision and mission of the nonprofits of Innovation Alley: Digi-Bridge, She Built This City, and Rebuilding Together of Greater Charlotte. A billow is defined as a large undulating mass of something, typically clouds. As the clouds rise, so do Palmisano’s hopes and well wishes for Innovation Alley while they work toward empowering often underserved, and invisible community members.
