Founders Esther Davidson and Elizabeth Palmisano each feel called to use their personal zone of genius to support artists in creating the career of their dreams.
Not an artist by traditional definition, Esther Davidson is a lifelong learner with a diverse professional background including experience in business operations, project management, communications, and marketing. She holds an AAS in Business Administration and Accounting. Her work in the arts, hospitality, food service, the federal government, and consulting engineering uniquely position her to use an outside the box approach to solving creative problems.

Many know Elizabeth Palmisano as an award-winning mixed-media installation and public artist. She holds a BA with a concentration in Diversity and Cultural Awareness. Palmisano's community work taps into the power of art, mindfulness, and experiential learning. She encourages self-reflection and the opening of the mind through the creation of meaningful art.
