Have you seen the #NoDaCloudwall? Do you want to learn from the muralist that made it happen? Work with a small group as you learn the mural process from start to finish. Artist Elizabeth Palmisano will be teaching ideation, mock up and execution. The end result will be a community mural benefitting Fort Mill Cooperative Preschool and the first mural to add to your portfolio. This is the second offering of this course. Last year, 90% of the students have secured a mural after talking the class.

*Students must be present for fat least four hours during this week. It can be all four in one afternoon or spread out over a few days. Students may also come more than four hours if they wish.

The only supplies you will need to participate are:

• Whatever you typically use to sketch out ideas (sketchbook, drawing tools, laptop or tablet)
• Clothes you wouldn't mind getting paint on

Meals

There will be breaks througout each day including an hour lunch break. Water will be provided, but please bring snacks and beverages of your choice. There are refrigerators and microwaves onsite if you choose to pack a lunch, as well as many local restaurants nearby.

The full ticket price for this class would be $850. Partial scholarships are being sposored by Fort Mill Cooperative Preschool, Ellafae Art, and Art Beyond. Please pick a ticket price that works for your budget. We hope to make this an affordable experience that will serve as a stepping stone for your artistic career!

Who Should Take This Class?

This class is for artists of any level who already have a creative practice and are interested in scaling up to murals. This workshop takes place outside and is suitable for ages 17 and up.

To create more time for instruction, spots are very limited.
